After over a decade as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA), I realized that relying solely on a demanding 9-to-5 wasn’t enough to build the financial freedom and legacy I envisioned for my family. I didn’t want to leave healthcare — I just needed a path to grow wealth without burning out.

That journey led me to multifamily real estate investing. Today, as CEO & Co-Founder of Priority 1 Capital, I blend my clinical experience with operational strategy to help others create aligned, lasting wealth. I’m driven by growth, grounded in service, and passionate about helping people rise with clarity and confidence.

With 23 years of unwavering commitment to the Maryland State Police, my service extended far beyond the badge. I served as both a paramedic and state trooper in the Maryland State Police Aviation Command.

I am on a mission to help my colleagues and other 9-to-5 professionals realize the potential of generating passive income while working their jobs — through the wonderful world of multifamily real estate investing.
